Family Service PEI is pleased to announce the implementation of free groups for seniors, thanks to a grant from the PEI Seniors’ Secretariat. The group program will be offered in Charlottetown at the Seniors Active Living Centre, and is open to seniors who want to make positive changes in their lives. Seniors are welcome to drop in on any of the sessions and are not required to commit to all sessions.
Stress/Anxiety (January 14th and January 21st from 1pm to 3pm)
Grief (January 28th and February 4th from 1 pm to 3pm)
Mindfulness (Feb 11th and Feb 18th from 1pm to 3pm)
Caregiver Challenges (Feb 25th and March 4th from 1 pm to 3pm)
