Ashley McGuigan works full time with Atlantic Lottery as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist playing a lead role in the advancement of Atlantic Lottery’s CSR framework. She holds a BA from the University of New Brunswick Fredericton with a Major in Sociology and graduated from the Nova Scotia Community College with the Human Services program specializing in Addiction Counselling. Ashley resides in Charlottetown with her husband Jason, their daughter and dog. Ashley is excited to be a member of the Family Service Board of Directors and to help work towards providing exceptional services to Islanders.
Sapphire MacPhee is a Registered Social Worker who currently works full time at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino as a PlayWise Advisor Supervisor. Sapphire has a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Dalhousie University, as well as a Diploma in Criminology from Eastern College. Sapphire lives in Kingston PEI, with her husband and two children.
Rebecca MacPhee is currently working at 4-H PEI on a one year contract. Rebecca holds a degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Prince Edward Island and a diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education from Holland College. After graduating from UPEI, she worked in an Early Years Centre as an Early Childhood Educator and enjoyed working with children and families. Rebecca has gained experience with various populations on the Island and looks forward to continuing to serve communities. Rebecca resides in Souris.
Andy has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education from St. F.X. He has since retired in 2011 from a career in teaching(11 years) and Human Resources with the Province(21 years). He has lived in West Prince for 11 years and has been in the Charlottetown area the past 26 years.
